▲ STA. 001 — Origin

Everything starts
with a point.

MHTN INTERNATIONAL, LLC began with a surveyor's conviction: no design outlives a bad measurement. The firm grew from that premise outward — architecture and building design first, then landscape and planning, then the engineering disciplines, then the fieldwork and laboratory disciplines that verify it all.

Today the charter covers more than 140 service lines: architects' offices and private practices; landscape architecture, land-use, city, town, and urban planning; engineering across civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental, marine, mining, petroleum, robotics, and traffic disciplines; blueprint and CADD drafting; building, home, and energy inspection; geophysical and land surveying and mapping; and thirty-plus testing laboratory disciplines.

The point hasn't changed: measure first, design once, verify everything.

004 — The Standard

Three field rules.

Rule 01

Data Before Opinion

No recommendation without observation — survey, geophysics, inspection, and lab data come before the answer.

Rule 02

One File, One Truth

Eight disciplines, one coordinated record — drawings, maps, and certificates agree with each other because they come from the same place.

Rule 03

Sign What You Measure

Reports are signed, stamped, and defensible — deliverables written to survive permitting review, audit, and dispute.

005 — Questions

Before the first shot.

Yes — each practice operates standalone. You can engage us for a boundary survey, a set of construction specs, or a lab test without touching the other disciplines.

That's the point of the model — survey and planning, architecture and engineering, drafting and specs, inspection, and laboratory testing all sit under one responsibility.

We're headquartered in Salt Lake City and take engagements broadly — field, lab, and office services are scoped per project. Site logistics and mobilization are confirmed in each proposal.

With a brief. Send the program, site, or test requirement to kevin.liu@mhtninter.shop; we respond with the applicable disciplines, a scope, and a fee structure.
